  • 4 Bedrooms

  • RECENTLY RE-FURBISHED & RE-MODELLED

Description

'Little Acre' was originally built as a three-bedroom detached in the early 1960’s but has recently undergone a significant upgrade & refurbishment programme to create a smart modern home although this really represents a tremendous opportunity to further extend & re-model or replace completely with a much larger family property (subject to p.p.) more befitting to the large level plot and prestigious location. Planning permission was previously obtained for a significantly larger property on the site, which has now lapsed, but subject to p.p. this could provide an ideal site for a new build or a much-extended version of the existing dwelling.

Location

Situated on the western edge of the town, about one mile from the top of Marlow High Street. Marlow High Street is within one mile with its array of bustling individual shops, cafes, & restaurants. including 'The Ivy Marlow Garden' as well as Tom Kerridge's 'The Coach' and the renowned 2 Michelin Star rated 'The Hand & Flowers' both in West Street.
