As an independent family-owned estate agency the business has been built on the same core values that a family holds close; trust, support and friendship. Chris has been working in estate agency in Henley for over 35 years opening Ballards in 1990. Educated locally at Shiplake College and having lived in Henley for over 35 years he has a vast knowledge of the local market, specialising in country homes and developments across the three counties covered by Ballards.

Originally the director of a multinational firm covering the South of England including Henley, Guy joined Ballards in 1992 and currently oversees the day to day running of Henley, Marlow and Twyford offices. Educated locally and having lived in Henley, Shiplake and Playhatch Guy has a strong knowledge of the local market.
Harry has joined the family business after working for Bonhams Auctioneers. Now living and working in Henley-on-Thames Harry brings strong knowledge of the local and national property market. Harry has a degree in Spanish and French, and speaks both languages fluently. Harry joined Ballards Estate Agents in 2019.
Deborah has been selling houses in Henley for 40 years, joining the Ballards team in in 1997. She has always been a local resident and recently moved from Fawley to Witheridge Hill.
Sam has joined the family business after studying at Oxford Brookes and now lives and works in Henley-on-Thames, bringing strong local knowledge as well as a depth of Lettings knowledge.
Tom joined the Ballards team in 2022 after previously working as a sales negotiator in the property industry. Having grown up in Henley his entire life, Tom brings a broad range of knowledge of the Henley area and has good experience in both sales in lettings.

In 2011 he set up Portside Insurance Management Services. In 2015 AJ left this and moved to Spain where he was involved in property development. He has since returned to Henley-on-Thames where he began working for Ballards before moving onto Marlow to manage the Marlow office.

He joined Ballards in 1998 initially responsible for developing the Ballards Residential Lettings and Management department becoming a director/partner three years later. Over the years he has worked across all three of Ballard’s offices, having first taken over running the Twyford office in 2008. Tim has also developed a commercial department enabling Ballards to cover any aspect of property sales and lettings. Tim is a keen tennis player making regular appearances on local courts, he is also a big fan of Rugby Union and regularly heads to Twickenham.
