Situated in this well established residential estate at the top end of Wargrave village close to open countryside. The village centre is just under a mile distance with two coffee shops, two public houses, barbers and hairdressers, plus village shop and chemist. The station at Wargrave has services to Twyford which has regular connections to London Paddington, with Elizabeth Line Services now in operation and also services to Reading. It also boasts, highly regarded infant and junior schools plus an excellent secondary academy and sixth form, all within walking distance. From the Ballards Twyford office proceed north along the Wargrave road and upon reaching the roundabout on the A4, take the second exit towards Wargrave village, passing the Piggott secondary school on your left. Continue into the village and at the central traffic lights, turn right into School Lane. Follow the road up the hill and it bends around to the left, take the second turning on the left into Victoria Road. Head all the way to the top of Victoria Road and take the left turn into Highfield Park and then immediately right, following the road around into the development where the property will be found after a short distance on the right hand side.
